Supervise the cleaning, supply and serving functions of the Steward Department. Interact with all shift supervisors including kitchen supervisors and other food and beverage supervisors and line employees to meet daily requirements. Assist in routine inspections to ensure health department codes are being adhered to as established by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Assist in hiring and disciplining steward personnel according to established procedures. Promote positive guest relations at all times. Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Work Environment

Team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and display high mobility for a majority of the shift. Ability to speak and listen to internal and external customers in a noisy environment; move across various surfaces; and handle items. Specific vision abilities required; accustomed to brightly lit and dimly lit areas and screens. Physical requirements: lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing/pulling equipment weighing over 100 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting; exposure to tobacco smoke. May use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and assist in evacuations during emergencies. Closing
