Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Description
Provide video conferencing technical support and raise issues to senior team members when needed.
Serve as on‑site technical support for cross‑site and executive presentations and events.
Setup and operate audio‑visual equipment, including speakers, microphones, wireless microphones, mixing boards, amplifiers, projectors, video cameras, computers, and laptops.
Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance room checks.
Provide support and problem‑solving for rooms, repair or replace broken equipment, and call out senior team members as needed.
Document procedures and train end users on accurate use of room equipment.
Perform equipment, firmware, and software upgrades for existing room installations.
Define equipment, procure AV installations, and coordinate with third‑party integrators and requesters.
Complete other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting Audio‑Visual systems and Video Conference Rooms.
Knowledge of professional audio‑visual equipment including codecs, audio processors, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, TVs, and projection systems.
3+ years with Cisco Video Conferencing Systems, Crestron Control operation and programming, and AMX Control operation and programming.
3+ years with web‑based collaboration tools: WebEx, Google Meet, MS‑Teams.
Ability to walk to multiple conference rooms/offices throughout the day across our facilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
Experience with room/desk booking solutions (Google Calendar).
Experience with Digital Signage solutions (ChromeBox/AppSpace).
