Are you a driven sales pro ready to ignite growth in the electrical distribution and decommissioning space? Brilliant Equipment Services is looking for a
Territory Sales Representative
to cover North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. You’ll split your time about 50/50 between field visits and office work, focused on building new partnerships with electrical, mechanical, and industrial facility customers. What you’ll do:
Identify and open 30-40 new accounts in your first year Generate $400K–$500K in new revenue in year one Face-to-face meetings, solution-selling, long-term relationship building Prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn + facility visits What we’re looking for:
✔️ Self-starter and hunter mentality — you go after new business and thrive on it ✔️ Comfortable building trust quickly and managing your own territory ✔️ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, able to travel throughout the territory ✔️ Bonus if you have experience in electrical/construction or existing contractor contacts Compensation & perks:
Base salary: $55K-$65K (depending on experience) OTEs for first year: ~$75K-$85K; Year two+ top performers $90K-$100K+ Company vehicle, full benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k), laptop/phone provided If you’re ready to take charge of your territory and grow with a company that values responsiveness, expertise, and partnership — we want to hear from you.
