We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to lead advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of water treatment systems at client sites. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently on complex service tasks. This position plays a key role in diagnosing system issues, being a technical expert in the field, and mentoring junior technicians.

Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs on water treatment equipment including pumps, filtration systems, and chemical dosing units.

Perform water quality testing and interpret results to recommend solutions.

Install, calibrate, and maintain water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and facility personnel.

Maintain detailed service records including diagnostic reports, part usage, and treatment results.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop customized water treatment solutions.

Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry advancements.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work 6:30am-2:30pm

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs

3+ years of experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing or industrial equipment maintenance

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems related to water treatment

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing pumps, valves, sensors, and control systems

Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals
