Overview
This position is assigned to the Single Sailor Recreation Division: Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, Commander, Navy Installations Command. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer a comprehensive and diverse year round Single Sailor Program which includes the day to day operations. This position is located on NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD IN PORTSMOUTH, VA. Responsibilities

Must pass all applicable records and background check. Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment. Must have or able to obtain and maintain a current driver's license within 90 days of being placed in the position. Starting May 7, 2025, non-affiliated individuals requesting access will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of identification to access CNRMA Installations. (review required documents section for more information.) Must be able to work varied work schedules to include holidays, weekends and evenings. Subject to recall regularly. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.
