Schedule:
3pm‑11pm, Wednesday–Saturday (full‑time)
Compensation:
Up to $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Welcome guests at check‑in and check‑out, ensuring a warm, professional experience
Handle room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
Secure payments, verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys
Serve as the point person for all guest requests and relay messages to relevant departments
Anticipate and address guest needs with a smile, providing exceptional service
Qualifications
Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent (minimum 1 year)
Cash handling experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude
