Pay Range: $17.75‑$19.42 per hour (based on skills and experience).

Shifts available:

9–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Position Summary

Perform site crew tasks and ensure completion.

Provide professional and prompt customer service to clients.

Give direction and coordinate tasks for assigned crew.

Ensure crew understand and follow policy responsibilities.

Collaborate with crew to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.

Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.

Provide team members with information and tools for effective performance.

Assist with interviews and training as needed.

Motivate crew, interact regularly, and lead by example.

Requirements

Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.

1‑3 years in a lead/supervisory role.

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and chemical handling documents.

Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Customer‑service oriented, friendly, positive demeanor, and ability to motivate team members.

Familiarity with KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software; must download and use the app on personal mobile device.
