Deliver consistent, high‑quality guest experiences
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Drive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costs
Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managers
Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in restaurant management
Full‑service dining experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team in a high‑paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Strong organizational and time management skills
