Responsibilities
Manage all physical security responsibilities at the Willard, OH location.
Supervise the Security & Safety Services Team to safeguard the facility, grounds, executive employees, and serve as a first responder in crises.
Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems.
Coordinate proprietary security services and 3rd‑party vendor security services.
Direct visitors and control access at all security posts.
Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility.
Implement physical security improvements.
Document security and safety related incidents.
Act as the first responder in a crisis situation; provide First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
3+ years of related security and/or law‑enforcement, military experience.
Experience with C‑TPAT and/or regulatory compliance preferred.
Supervisory experience highly desirable.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Physical fitness essential; proficiency in a martial art or other defensive skill desirable.
CPR, AED, and First Aid training.
Strong leadership skills, effective communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivation, collaboration, and problem‑solving.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment criminal background check, motor‑vehicle record check, drug screen, and psychological screening required.
Must be able to pass any state‑required training or other qualifications for licensing.
