Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a research lab coordinator for Dorothy Espelage’s Violence Prevention lab in the School of Education. The coordinator will work closely with Espelage to manage school‑based research projects, co‑supervise undergraduate research assistants, and handle data management tasks in SPSS.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple school‑based research projects.
Assist in developing online professional development for K‑12 educators.
Process, clean, and record data for multiple projects using SPSS.
Screen articles for literature review projects.
Co‑supervise undergraduate research assistants.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience from an accredited institution.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Knowledge of SPSS statistical software and APA manuscript formatting.
Ability to solve unexpected problems and work effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience of scientific writing and publications.
