Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for customers Conduct sessions to help customers maximize the value of the Wiz platform Develop and run community-based engagement opportunities, such as webinars Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across customer organizations Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer) Willingness to learn about cloud and cybersecurity technologies Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities Preferred Qualifications
