Job Overview Lead direct sales within your assigned territory, providing training and mentorship to new team members. You will engage small and medium‑sized businesses, promote supplemental insurance products to owners and employees, and deliver presentations to groups of 50‑100+.
Responsibilities
Balance personal sales activities with coaching and training of team members.
Set and meet sales goals.
Maintain strong relationships with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.
Present product information to groups and facilitate follow‑up.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Leadership and mentorship ability.
Strategic planning experience.
Knowledge of effective sales strategies.
Inspirational attitude and motivational environment creation.

Product knowledge.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state of residence or willingness to obtain (study course provided and state licensing fee reimbursement available).
Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of post‑high‑school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered.
