Key Responsibilities

Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components.

Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications using appropriate measuring tools.

Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during welding operations.

Recommended Qualifications

Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment.

Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Capable of performing visual inspections of welds for quality and compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with automated or robotic welding equipment.

Proficiency in metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.

Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.

Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for welding equipment.

Additional safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30) or experience leading safety initiatives.
