Responsibilities
Lead the Sales, Marketing and Product Support recruiting strategy for the North America based Construction Industries team.
Build strong relationships with internal customers and prospective candidates.
Act as recruiting subject matter expert for HR partners.
Own relationships with hiring managers and act first point of contact.
Review applications, source candidates, conduct screening interviews, support offer management.
Apply experience‑based recruitment methods and continuous improvement.
Support company initiatives through active process improvements and project participation.
Utilize Workday and Beamery to deliver qualified candidates and build candidate pipelines.
Monitor and manage reports to measure efficiency.
Qualifications
Relationship Management knowledge and ability to maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Candidate Screening knowledge and ability to preselect candidates for one‑on‑one positions.
Candidate Sourcing knowledge and ability to attract
to qualify candidates for immediate and long‑term openings.
Staffing and recruiting knowledge with output‑wise personnel acquires sub‑analysis? ...it..
Additional Information
Primary location: Dallas, TX or Peoria, IL or Cary, NC.
Onsite work: Monday‑Friday and occasional summerdas days.
Travel: 5% - 10%.

Summary Pay Range $95,640.00 - $143,520.00
