CNC Machine Operator – All Shifts

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and help produce precision‑machined parts that meet the highest quality standards.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts according to specifications.
Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to plan machining operations.
Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation.
Perform calculations using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry to ensure accuracy.
Verify machine settings and first‑run parts to maintain quality standards.
Monitor operations such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing.
Troubleshoot processes, adjust controls, and replace worn tools as needed.
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Updated resume showing relevant CNC/ manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T and CNC programming.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
