Staffmark is hiring a Robotic Welder in Springfield, OH. Join our team as a Robotic Welder and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM $16/hr What You'll Do
Operate robotic welding machinery and meet or exceed production standards Monitor quality and maintain accurate production reports Handle components and finished products, placing them in proper containers (tubs, skids, boxes, etc.) Complete required paperwork for quality, timekeeping, scrap, and traceability Collaborate with coordinators, managers, and fellow team members Follow all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred, including experience with presses Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses Why You\'ll Love This Job
