Building Automation Technician

Base pay range $93,000.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr

About the Role We are looking for an experienced

BAS Technician

to install, service, and maintain

DDC building automation systems . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with

Siemens or Distech controls

and strong HVAC knowledge. This role involves fieldwork, troubleshooting, and optimizing building systems.

Responsibilities

Install, program, and maintain DDC BAS systems

Troubleshoot and resolve control, network, and device issues

Work with Siemens and/or Distech platforms

Read and interpret control drawings and sequences

Optimize control strategies for HVAC equipment (AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers)

Maintain documentation and service reports

Support preventive maintenance and system upgrades

Requirements

3+ years as a BAS/Controls Technician

Experience with

Siemens or Distech DDC controls

Strong HVAC and control system knowledge

Electrical troubleshooting and low‑voltage controls experience

Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
