The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool, and inverter/communicating equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time.
Responsibilities
Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code.
Startup and troubleshoot a variety of residential HVAC systems.
Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Perform related work as assigned.
Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked.
Participate in on‑call rotation for weekends.
Qualifications
At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead.
EPA Universal Certification.
Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years.
Ability to take and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
