For over 19 years, Cornerstone Pros has proudly served the Tampa Bay area with top‑notch service. We are looking for qualified and experienced Install Leads to join the Cornerstone family! Responsibilities
Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code. Startup and troubleshoot a variety of residential HVAC systems. Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Perform related work as assigned. Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked. On‑call rotation for weekends. Qualifications
At least three (3) years residential HVAC installation experience as a lead. EPA Universal Certification. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last five (5) years. Ability to take and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test. Why Become Part of Our Team
