Stratasys is currently seeking a
Machine Service Technician
at our facility in Belton, TX.
In this role:
you will be responsible for performing preventive and scheduled maintenance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and making calibrations to ensure machines run efficiently. You will also maintain detailed records, manage spare parts inventory, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
What you will be doing
Maintain and repair assigned equipment on the production floor
Responsible for preventative maintenance and upkeep of the equipment through regularly scheduled checks
Main point of contact for production floor in the areas of equipment operations, installation, maintenance, and application training
Oversee the reliability and uptime issues on equipment in ensuring high-level satisfaction and reliability of prototypes and production parts on 3D printers for SDM
Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and will need to rebuild manufacturing equipment as required
As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Must have for this role
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 year experience in repairs and mechanical maintenance
Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and motion control principles and theories
Experience with various hand and power tools
Nice to have
Two year technical degree in a related field
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
