Set to open in mid-2026, THE BARAI HUA HIN is a beachfront luxury resort featuring 98 rooms and suites that will become part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located along the serene Khao Takiab coastline. Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.
You will be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
Qualifications
Thai Nationality with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
Work or internship experience in hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
