Assistant Manager - Housekeeping (Thai National) Set to open in mid-2026, THE BARAI HUA HIN is a beachfront luxury resort featuring 98 rooms and suites that will become part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located along the serene Khao Takiab coastline. Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.
Description
You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping is responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of Room Attendants and Team Leaders.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager in hotels or resorts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Basic working knowledge of English Language
Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
