As a Batting Insulation Installer, you help create comfortable, energy-efficient spaces by installing insulation safely and correctly. You receive work orders, load the necessary equipment, travel to job sites, and set up the needed equipment. You clear the site of objects that could get in the way and prioritize safety to protect yourself and others. You take pride in knowing your work helps keep homes and buildings comfortable year-round. Qualifications
Ability to pass a pulmonary and respiratory physical Ability to speak, read, and write in English Nice to have
A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience is preferred but not required Knowledge about construction and insulation blowing machines would be a plus Work Schedule
This full-time insulation installation position typically works a range of 40-55 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits
Incentive-based wage of $15 - $25 per hour based on material installed. Full benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, and life insurance, PTO and holiday pay, 401k match, and a profit-sharing program. Application
