Job Description Electrical Assembler II to perform a wide variety of tasks in a large yacht manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include advanced electrical work on the line, panel wiring, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Performs advanced electrical work on the line such as motor wiring, dash wiring, etc.
MDP panel wiring and troubleshooting typically performed at the front of the line in the last assembly phase for large boats.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
High school education and in depth electrical training, or two to four years of electrical experience.
Ability to read and understand production schedule, job descriptions and prints.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Obtain a working knowledge of procedures, instructions, and documents as it relates to the quality system.
Safety Requirements
Work safely at all times and report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
Understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
Wear required personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
Complete the OSHA questionnaire, pass the spirometer test, and wear a respirator where required.
Physically handle the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, etc.
Understand all safety-related documents, worksite rules and practices, equipment operating instructions, documented safety management systems, and health and safety requirements.
Salary and Benefits Anticipated pay range: $20.60 to $25.05 per hour.
