Location: Muscatine, IA

Responsibilities & Duties

Primarily responsible for analysis of data collected from CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) routes. Secondary duties include UE data collection, IR data collection and analysis, vibration data collection and analysis, and root cause failure analysis (RCFA). The CBM program will be developed under the direction of maintenance leadership and 3rd party resources as needed.

Vibration

Analyze vibration data

Perform vibration route data collection on critical equipment

Manage vibration software database, analysis parameter settings, and alarms

Ultrasonic (UE)

Rotational equipment component monitoring and lubrication

Compressed gas and steam leak detection

Reporting for recommended repairs

Infrared (IR)

Perform Mechanical and Electrical IR preventive maintenance

Become Arc Flash trained

Analyze IR data and produce reports

Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA)

Perform offline quality acceptance testing on new motors

Perform online and offline testing on critical motors in operation

Analyze data and report on recommended repairs

Machinery Lubrication Analysis

Process lubricant samples

Analyze sample data

Reporting and recommendations

Assist in the creation/update of PdM routes using appropriate technology

Train others in the use of the predictive technologies as needed

Assist with addressing discovered issues during CBM routes and equipment inspections

Develop and maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, contractors, Kraft associates, and 3rd party storeroom associates

Serve as leader or participant on assigned teams and support team decisions

Comply with QRMP Quality Risk Management requirements for Maintenance/Engineering

Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards per company policies

Facilitate timely completion and effectiveness of QRMP corrective actions for area of responsibility

Carry a Kraft-issued phone at all times and respond to emergency calls

Provide coverage for peers on vacation or training and communicate as needed

Perform work in compliance with Kraft, OSHA, and NEC standards and practice lockout/tagout, hot work, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations

Comply with Kraft policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices

Understand and support Operational Reliability culture and plant/department goals

Utilize SAP system to document maintenance activities

Pay starting at $32.99 hourly wage with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

Annual increases and incentive bonus eligibility

Work Schedule Monday through Friday with possible overtime and weekends during peak season. Hours vary by shift.
