Overview The ASC Administrator leads all aspects of clinical, operational, and financial performance for the center, ensuring high‑quality patient care, operational excellence, strong physician relationships, and regulatory compliance. The role includes leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing team while executing strategic initiatives.

Position Type Exempt, Full Time, Variable.

Compensation Annualized salary range: $81,120 – $117,478 (estimate).

Responsibilities

Ensure zero‑patient harm culture and excellent clinical outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing clinical and business teams.

Manage P&L, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with physicians and governing bodies to implement best practices.

Drive strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health professions, business administration, public administration, or another suitable field (preferred).

Minimum five years’ experience in ASC operations management.

Good command of English, verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate subordinates, manage priorities, and workflow.

Attention to detail and sound judgment.
