Job Description
As a Warehouse Trainer, you will provide on-the-job warehouse training for new and current employees. Provides training on safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Train assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, and safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies.
Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel.
Evaluates performance of assigned personnel.
Follows and applies standard work and work instructions.
Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
YOU MUST HAVE
Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and constructive approaches to business issues.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior success in a leadership or training role.
ROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule:
Cooler; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00PM-5:30AM
Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.75
Environment: Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures. Travel: Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed.
