Compensation $26.50 - $29.50/hour

Job Description As a Warehouse Lead Person, you will provide hands‑on leadership on the warehouse floor by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel and actively leading the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

What you’ll do

Safely and efficiently utilize the warehouse material handling equipment

Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems

Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies

Serve as a coach and mentor

Communicate work expectations and results achieved

Lead lean thinking initiatives to remove waste from all aspects of the position

You must have High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or relevant work experience

No steps of discipline

You may also have

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety

Completed or in the process of completing the Achieve program

Schedule: Dry; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Spanish
