We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Personal Injury Paralegal
to support our legal team in managing a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in personal injury law, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, demand letters, and correspondence
Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, liens, and wage loss documentation
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel
Track case deadlines, statute of limitations, and maintain accurate case files
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Maintain case management systems and ensure files are complete and up to date
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures, medical terminology, and insurance claims
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
