Payroll Coordinator – Phoenix, AZ
Transdev is hiring a Payroll Coordinator to assist the General Manager with daily payroll functions. The role requires a customer‑service orientation and dedication to safety.

Key Responsibilities
Calculate employee hours from timecards and timekeeping systems; ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
Prepare ADP Enterprise entries; issue paychecks.
Update financial records including manifest, billing, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations.
Troubleshoot payroll issues; verify the accuracy of figures and computations.
Respond to employee payroll questions.
Maintain data backups and documentation files.
Balance and reconcile payroll accounts; prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions; keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of all information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
2–4 years of relevant payroll experience, including ADP experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer literacy: 10‑Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
100% of work occurs indoors in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities.
Work is conducted in an office or cubicle space with a telephone and computer.
Long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
