About the Role
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Receptionist is to welcome patients and visitors, guide them to the appropriate location using the visitor check-in system when needed, and offer assistance in the absence of the supervisor.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations.
Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed.
Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in hospitality is preferred.
Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service abilities.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
Bilingual skills are preferred.

The expected hourly range for this position is TC/1375: Probationary Rate $20.10 - Job Rate $20.60- Two (2) Year Rate $21.22 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
