We are currently looking for a Dispatcher who excels at building strong relationships with co-workers, managers, and service technicians. In this role, you’ll be the vital link that keeps our operations running smoothly, while also maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time
Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
Coordinate daily schedules in partnership with service managers
Assist with various clerical tasks to support daily operations
Who Are You
Prior dispatch experience
Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, or drain service & repair is a strong plus
You’re organized, proactive, and a true team player
You thrive on multitasking and take pride in problem-solving
