In this role, you'll be the vital link that keeps our operations running smoothly, while also maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the day.
What You'll Do:
* Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time
* Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
* Coordinate daily schedules in partnership with service managers
* Assist with various clerical tasks to support daily operations
Who Are You:
* Prior dispatch experience
* Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, or drain service & repair is a strong plus
* You're organized, proactive, and a true team player
* You thrive on multitasking and take pride in problem-solving
