Full Time
Candidate will be required to travel to multiple outpatient clinics.
Coverage: Coppell, Grapevine, Irving, Las Colinas, Denton Mayhill, Flower Mound, Carrollton, The Colony, Little Elm, Plano
Mileage reimbursement
Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.
This is an entry-level position.
Starting salary: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, consistently delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Tasks include check‑in, check‑out, insurance verifications, scheduling, reports, faxing, scanning, and other office duties. Travel to multiple locations will be required.
Coordinates patient appointments, working with the Center manager to minimize cancellations and support treatment adherence.
Registers patient information, ensuring all forms are complete with signatures and accurate information documented in the electronic medical record.
Verifies patient insurance, obtains required authorizations before the patient visit, and explains benefits, financial responsibilities, billing, and outpatient policies.
Collects patient responsibility at each visit.
Scans and maintains medical documents.
Reconciles and posts charges daily and prepares other reporting to ensure clean claim processing.
Responds to all requests for information from patients, other departments, and physicians.
Maintains the office, orders supplies, and manages mail.
Willingness to adjust schedule to center needs.
Travels—attends all mandatory meetings and in‑service education programs.
Travels to non‑home location centers or other sites for coverage when necessary.
HS diploma or GED is required.
Preferred Experience
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of insurance verification.
Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration.
