Schedules and Shifts
Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm
Occasional Weekend Coverage & Occasional On-Call Rotation
Job Responsibilities
Maintain grounds: mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, litter removal, snow removal, ice melt distribution, and seasonal planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers
Care for sprinkler systems and ensure proper irrigation
Coordinate and deliver vehicles for routine maintenance and cleaning, track service and repair schedules
Complete Maintenance Repair Requests and assist with general repairs (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
Support Maintenance and Custodial staff
Perform miscellaneous duties such as errands and garage upkeep
