Shift:
Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM CST (Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts from initial setup through shipping and issue resolution
Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, providing thorough documentation and continuous communication
Own and resolve complex inquiries by applying deep knowledge of processes, systems, and best practices
Escalate issues appropriately and maintain precise records in relevant systems
Prepare and distribute routine and custom reports to internal and external stakeholders
Support and adhere to order management policies, initiatives, and process improvement projects
Promote the use of customer-facing tools to enhance the client experience
Maintain data integrity across databases and systems
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma required; college education preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience, ideally in supply chain or account/order management
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel (v-lookup, x-lookup, h-lookup required)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/documentation
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cultures
Eagerness to learn proprietary order and CRM systems
Supply chain experience is strongly preferred
Willing to undergo pre-screening for Excel proficiency
Must provide own second monitor; company provides laptop only
