Purchasing Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Glendale who is in search of a full time purchasing clerk to join the team!
The Purchasing Clerk will work closely with the purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and related documentation. This is a fully onsite, weekday role.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, process, and track purchase orders
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation
Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents
Update purchasing information in internal systems
Support the purchasing department with clerical and administrative tasks
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or invoices
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree preferred
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work fully onsite Monday-Friday
