Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
What’s the Job? As an Operator, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and blending operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Moving raw materials from warehousing to blending operations
Operating forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
Assisting with dosing raw materials into blending processes and recording required data
Packaging and palletizing finished products for shipment
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong basic math skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
Comfort working in environments with exposure to outdoor elements
Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred
