Position Details Full‑time day shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate activities aimed at improved patient care processes and outcomes for the septic patient population.
Collaborate across the organization with appropriate leaders to develop metrics and data collection methodologies.
Provide analysis to achieve departmental and organizational performance improvement goals.
Develop reports that support performance improvement activities.
Maintain communication with administration, medical staff, and departmental leaders regarding performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the State of TX or compact license.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in critical care or emergency nursing.
Recommended experience in quality improvement.
