Job Duties
Answer phones and coordinate details with pharmacy and DME partners
Assist in management of IDT preparation
Conduct Admission and Discharge audits
Communicate with clinics, facilities, hospitals & other healthcare partners via phone
Deliver excellent customer service
Work in a fast‑paced environment, remaining flexible
Assist Hospice Team members as needed with administrative tasks
Requirements
Computer proficiency
Professional manner in all interactions
Ability to work well independently and in a group
Prior office experience
Professional appearance
Proficiency with Excel and Word
Problem solving skills and ability to multi‑task
Excellent organizational skills
Efficient data entry skills
