Responsibilities
Answer phones and coordinate details with pharmacy and DME partners.
Assist in management of IDT preparation.
Conduct Admission and Discharge audits.
Communicate with clinics, facilities, hospitals & other healthcare partners via phone.
Committed to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment & have the ability to be flexible.
Assist Hospice Team members as needed with administrative tasks.
Requirements
Computer proficiency
Ability to work in a professional manner
Must work well both independently and in a group setting
Prior office experience
Professional appearance
Proficiency with Excel and Word
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent Organizational Skills
Efficient data entry skills
