Who We Are Oaklawn provides comprehensive mental health and addictions services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties in Northern Indiana. What You’ll Do As Manager
Provide supervision to the residential staff and programs
Build and maintain a cohesive team of leaders and hire/train new team members as needed
Manage and maintain the annual budget for all assigned departments
Maintain and develop new relationships with community partners and organizations
Interact with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, community partners, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors
Requirements as a Manager
Bachelor's degree in social/human services related field required; Master's preferred
Management experience with a minimum of two years highly preferred
