Our services range from skills training and case management to outpatient therapy and inpatient care, specializing in complex cases. What We Offer
Minimum rate of $60,900 for LSW / LMHC-A / LMFT-A
Minimum rate of $72,155 for LCSW / LMHC / LMFT

Regular supervision to grow clinical/professional skills

$2000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time; prorated by FTE
What You’ll Do
Assess and diagnose clients
Develop treatment plans specific to the client’s goals, strengths and weaknesses
Provide individual, family, or group therapy interventions that consider the client’s strengths, preferences, and needs
Provide crisis intervention and assess risk factors of harm to self or others
Refer to alternative or supportive services based on the client’s needs
Provide timely electronic clinical documentation
Consult and supervise with other clinicians
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Assist in training and orientation of others
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Hiring Requirements
LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA required
LCSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred
Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro‑rated salary
Must provide diploma and official transcripts
Previous residential / intensive services experience highly preferred
