Role Description The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer‑facing role responsible for partnering with Lowe’s installed sales staff and Service Pros Installation Group contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of flooring projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
Schedules customers and contractors for installations and other appointments.
Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate contractor prior to the installation.
Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow‑up calls.
Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet‑jack manually as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience or training; customer service experience is a plus.
Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software (Microsoft Office).
Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support contractors and customers.
