As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will make sure vehicles are fueled, clean and safe before they hit the road again. Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance) Maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and associates Carrying out minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and preventive maintenance repairs through training and coaching Completing other projects and tasks assigned by supervisors Why Penske is for You

High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred Valid driver’s license required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness and ability to work outside Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred) Basic computer skills Compliance with Penske policies and DOT, OSHA regulations Regular, predictable, full attendance essential Requirements for driver qualification file and DOT compliance for driving Penske and customer vehicles Willingness to complete background screening, drug screen, physical, and travel for training within a local geography Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, and sitting during shifts Hands‑on use of tools or controls daily Safe work at heights using ladders and platforms Work in all weather conditions Visual and auditory awareness to navigate large trucks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally; push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer Benefits:
