Main Responsibilities
Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
Performing vehicle readiness inspections to verify tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
Maintaining a clean and safe facility environment for customers and associates.
Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching, including minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, rotating or replacing tires, and performing preventive maintenance.
Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

General Requirements
High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Team player, willing to work outside.
Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Ability to understand and comply with Penske instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
Compliance with DOT requirements, including a current driver qualification file, motor vehicle records, DOT physical, safety performance history, and CDL holders required to submit a drug screening.
Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete the application, submit to background screening, pass a drug screen and physical, and travel for training within a near geography.
Physical Requirements
Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting for extended periods.
Use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle tools or controls.
Ability to work at heights with ladders and elevated platforms.
Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
Vision and hearing to navigate workplace amid large truck traffic.
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs.
Pay $32.52
Hours Monday–Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Shift Differentials Second shift start after 11 am: $3.00 per hour.
Third shift start after 9 pm: $4.00 per hour.
