We are hiring daycare teachers in downtown Minneapolis. Join the team as an early childcare teacher.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Tuesday & Thursday, 7 am–7 pm (with optional additional days and hours).
Salary:
$18–$20 per hour, based on education and experience.

Responsibilities
Create and lead activities based on observations of children's interests and needs.
Communicate daily with parents and document important milestones.
Keep the classroom safe and clean by following procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Active, child‑centric environment with cleanup of activities.
Part of each day may be spent outdoors, weather permitting.
Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing; must be able to lift 35 pounds safely.
Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day.
Must react quickly to certain situations and manage emergent situations calmly and safely.
