Position Overview
*Customer Service Representative* – Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
Pay Rate: $17/hr (pay differential for qualified bilingual candidates)
Training Schedule: Fully in-office, Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑6 pm for the first 4 weeks.
Regular Schedule: Hybrid, Monday‑Friday 10:30 am‑7 pm EST
Anticipated Start Date: January 28th 2026
Final Interview Date: January 8th 2026
Job Type & Location: Contract‑to‑Hire position based in Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.50/hr
Responsibilities
Handle 35‑45 inbound calls per day, average 11‑14 minutes per call.
Provide insurance servicing support for homeowners insurance questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
Manage payment and coverage inquiries.
Multi‑task across various systems to research and document each call.
Respond quickly and accurately to meet internal and external standards.
Utilize problem‑solving and resolution skills, handling all calls professionally.
Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Call center experience.
Data entry skills.
Knowledge of mortgage and insurance concepts.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Bilingual in Spanish or another language (pay differential).
