What You’ll Do
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues.
Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor.
Document everything clearly in our claims system.
Make outbound calls when needed.
What You Bring
Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
1 year of call‑center experience
Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35 + WPM)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Reliable transportation
Schedule & Training
Start Date: Jan 28 (30 days Training) | 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On‑site)
Hybrid Eligible: After Training
Hybrid Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7 PM | Mon‑Fri

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.50/hr.
