Only hiring on Night Shift What you will do / Responsibilities
As part of the manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and participation in startup, operation, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment. Shift hours:
You work 15 to 16 days a month. 12-hour shifts
– 2 on followed by 2 off, 3 on followed by 2 off, 2 on followed by 3 off Day shift: 6 am to 6 pm Night shift: 6 pm to 6 am Currently only hiring on night shift Pay: $26.72 per hour after all requirements are met (160 days) $25.44 per hour after orientation (90 days) $21.42 per hour starting Benefits: 120 hours of vacation annually and 11 paid company holidays Great paid time off benefits 401(k) - company match, annual company contribution, and more Health Insurance that includes medical, dental, vision, and life AND much more! What you have to offer / Qualifications
Minimum of a high school education or GED At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred Physical requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting Ability to climb and/or work at heights while using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net, and gloves when required Willing and able to adhere to grooming requirements for a food manufacturing environment Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet conditions Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment About our Location / Company overview
